- Step 3: Submit your request. It will instantly go to all relevant local providers.
- Step 4: You will receive custom quotes and can discuss the details via our chat system.
- Step 5: Accept the quote that fits your needs best (whether it’s an electrician, plumber, AC repair tech, or contractor).
Once you accept a quote, your registered mobile number is shared securely with the provider to finalize the work. Pay the provider directly after the job is done, and don’t forget to leave a rating.

How Service Providers Can Win More Leads
For professionals, we have added a dedicated “Lead Market” tab in the dashboard. Here, you can view open jobs in your area and send custom price quotes directly to customers.
- To receive these leads, you must select your exact industry and location during registration. If your profile is incomplete, you will miss out.
- You will get instant email alerts as soon as a new job request is posted in your area.

3. Real-Time Internal Chat System
We prioritize your privacy. That’s why we’ve built a secure, in-platform chat system.
- Once a quote is received, customers and providers can chat, negotiate prices, and discuss job details right here on the website.
- You’ll see an unread badge on your dashboard and receive instant email alerts for new messages.
- To keep things organized, the chat locks automatically once a job is marked complete or a quote is rejected.
- To ensure 100% security and prevent scams, chat history is saved and actively monitored by the Fixydo team against any suspicious activity.
4. The “Verified Hire” Auto-Review System
We are taking a strong stand against fake reviews. Our new automated review system ensures complete transparency and helps build real trust on Google.
- When a job is marked as “Completed” through our system, the customer receives a secure link to leave a review.
- These reviews get a special “Verified Hire” badge, proving they come from real, paying customers. This directly boosts a provider’s trust and ranking on the platform.
- What about direct WhatsApp orders? We know providers still get direct leads outside the bidding system. To stop fake reviews from outside orders, our team uses advanced tracking filters. We monitor IP addresses, devices, locations, and browser fingerprints to instantly detect and remove fake feedback.
5. Passwordless OTP Security
To make your account even more secure, we have completely removed the old password system.
Now, all logins and new registrations require a secure 6-digit Email OTP (One-Time Password). This system is 100% secure and blocks automated bot accounts from accessing the site.
