How the New Negotiation Feature Works
We engineered this system to be clean, private, and extremely simple to use:
1. Post Your Requirements
Customers can list their specific repair or maintenance tasks in under 60 seconds using our secure “Post a Job“ wizard. You can describe your job, attach a project photo, and set an estimated target budget and urgency level.
2. Get Private, Sealed Quotes
Verified local professionals matching your service category will review your order details in their dashboard under “Marketplace Orders” and submit their flat-rate quotes. To protect work quality, all bids are kept sealed and private from other competitors—eliminating cheap, undercutting price-wars.
3. Symmetrical Deal Revisions
If a quote exceeds your budget, simply click the “Counter Offer” button on the proposal strip to send your desired price. Both sides can view a clean, automated “Deal History & Revisions” timeline.
This timeline lists the complete back-and-forth chain (e.g., Provider: 1300 AED ➔ You: 1200 AED) chronologically on a single line, making sure older pricing proposals are automatically superseded to prevent confusion.
4. Accept to Lock & Unlock Details
Once a price is mutually agreed upon, clicking “Accept Offer” officially transitions the project status to “Assigned (Hired)”. Only at this stage, our privacy firewall safely reveals the direct phone contact details and opens a secure Live Discussion Chat room to finalize scheduling.
