Why does my laptop battery say plugged in not charging?
My two-year-old laptop stopped holding a charge. When I plug in the AC power adapter, the Windows taskbar icon says Plugged in, 0% not charging. Is the lithium-ion battery pack completely dead, or is the charging port pin damaged?
