Why does car AC blow cold on the highway but warm when idling in traffic?
Driving around Ras Al Khaimah in the afternoon heat and noticed my car AC blows ice-cold while moving fast on the highway, but as soon as I stop at a red light, it starts blowing humid warm air. Is this a low refrigerant issue or a bad radiator fan?
